St. Matthew School Prays for Humboldt, Saskatchewan

At our recent Easter Mass, the St. Matthew School community–staff, students, parents and family members–under the prayerful leadership of our parish priest, Fr. John Pak, prayed for the victims of the Humboldt, Saskatchewan tragedy.  In his homily, Fr. John invited the community to have faith and hope in the resurrection of Jesus, and encouraged all present by reflecting that he was sure that the Broncos hockey players were having a great hockey game in heaven!

We will continue to pray for the community of Humboldt in their time of loss and sadness.  May God grant them his healing and peace.
