Orange Shirt Day (September 30th) is a day when we honour the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada. Staff and students are encouraged to wear ORANGE to acknowledge the impact of the residential school system, raise awareness and honour Indigenous communities, to promote reconciliation.
Friday, September 27th is Faith Day for YCDSB.
