Sharing & Caring Drive

Eradication of Poverty Fundraiser

Our Second Annual Loonie/Toonie Day Fundraiser in support of International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, takes place on Thursday, October 17. We encourage students to participate in this initiative by having a Pajama Day in exchange for a donation.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

St Matthew’ Luke 4:18 committee will once again be partnering with the Markham Food Pantry to assist families in need during this season of gratitude for all of God’s blessings. 

We will be participating in a week-long Thanksgiving Food Drive beginning on Monday, October 6th.

Markham Fair

On Friday, October 4th, our whole school will be going to the Markham Fair.  Students will make direct connections to various curriculum areas, including cultural and community ones.  The students will visit the Life Building and observe various food chains that connect animals and plants, other buildings which hold arts/crafts and agricultural items and view student artwork submissions from our school!
